I’m the owner of EB Boudoir, an award-winning boudoir studio based in Denver, Colorado.
I believe boudoir is about more than beautiful photos. It’s about helping women reconnect with their confidence and see themselves with a little more kindness. I’ve had the honor of working with so many incredible women, and watching that shift — even just a little — never gets old.
So many of us are hard on ourselves, shaped by unrealistic expectations and the constant pressure to “fix” something. I want you to know this: you don’t need to change a thing to be worthy of being photographed. You are already beautiful, exactly as you are.
Life gets busy, and it’s easy to forget what it feels like to feel strong and confident in your own skin. This experience is simply a chance to pause, reconnect, and be celebrated — just as you are, right now.

Within a week (or less), you’ll return to the studio for your image reveal and ordering appointment. This is when you’ll see your photos for the first time and choose the images you love most.
To reserve your session, only the retainer is due up front. No additional purchases are required until after you’ve seen your images and made your selections.

When you arrive at my Denver studio with 3–4 outfits in hand, your session begins with a little pampering. You’ll sit back and relax while professional hair and makeup is taken care of, giving you time to settle in and feel comfortable.
Once you’re camera-ready, you’ll move into a 60-minute guided photoshoot with me. I’ll walk you through everything — from posing to expression — so you never have to wonder what to do.

If you're not really into the lingerie thing, DO NOT BUY A BUNCH OF LINGERIE. You can bring a matching bra and panty set, undies with a ribbed tank, a button up shirt, or wear your birthday suit!
If you have lots of ideas and outfits but you're having troubles narrowing them down, bring as many as you wish and I will help you choose 3-4 looks to wear at your session.

First, stay away from loose fitting lingerie. It always makes our bodies look larger than what we really are. We're here to document your amazing curves, not hide them.
Also, I know that we love to use our man's clothing, but let's keep it to a minimum. They're going to love your images no matter what you're wearing. More often than not, men's clothes aren't flattering on the female form and we want to showcase your body beautifully.

Professional Hair and Makeup services are included with your photo shoot experience so when you show up to your shoot, you should have a clean face and clean dry hair. Nothing else, girl.
Once you book your shoot, I'll send you a fun questionnaire where you can tell me exactly the look you're going for. The day of the shoot, your stylist will be prepared to create the perfect look for you! Most love the messy loose curls with Victoria's Secret style makeup, but the choice is yours!
I've worked with my girls for years, and not only do they know how to give you the perfect look you're wanting, but most importantly they know how to do makeup for the particular lighting and retouching techniques I use. They're fantastic!
I’ve photographed countless boudoir sessions with happy, confident clients, and guiding you through posing is one of my favorite parts of the experience. You never have to worry about what to do — I’ll take care of that for you.
With decades (yes, decades ) of training in posing and lighting, I’ll gently guide you into positions that feel natural and look incredibly flattering. During your session, I’ll give you simple, easy direction like adjusting a shoulder, shifting your chin, or placing your hands — nothing complicated and nothing you need to practice ahead of time.
All you need to do is show up and trust the process. I’ve got you every step of the way.
I know it may seem like it would be a more calming situation to have your bestie there during your shoot, but the more eyes on you, the more nervous you'll be. Plus, it distracts my focus from you. Chat more with me if this is an issue for you, love.
Due to the limited studio space and the intimacy of the photos, I request that you come on your own for your session. You can definitely bring a gal pal or your significant other to your Reveal and Ordering appointment if you wish!
I usually advise blocking out a three hour window for your session experience. The first few minutes, we'll chat, take a peek at your outfits, and then you'll be off to hair and makeup for 60-90 minutes.
After you're all glammed up, and the makeup artist is on her way, we begin your shoot which is 60 minutes long.
I get it. You're nervous. I would be a little shocked if you weren't. You're booking a photoshoot where you get half naked in front of a stranger. Well, no worries love! It's going to be a blast and most ladies only feel nervous for the a couple minutes into the session. Then, it's smooth sailin'.

One week after your session you’ll come back to the studio for your Reveal and Ordering appointment.
We’ll start out with a slideshow of your portraits so you can just sit back and enjoy them.
Once we've reviewed them all via the slideshow we’ll go through and narrow them down to your favorites.
My clients always joke that they don’t know how they’re going to choose because they love them all! I think that’s a good problem to have but I want to assure you that I’ll totally help you narrow them down to your favorites.
Once we’ve narrowed them down we’ll figure out if you’d rather order your photos in an heirloom box or in an album. Both the album and the box are very popular with all my clients!
Not wanting something tangible? Not a problem. Digital only collections are available as well.
I want you to know that you have 100% control over whether or not you allow me to share your photos online.
If you choose to let me share your photos so other ladies can see how empowering and amazing this experience is, wonderful!
If you choose to keep your photos 100% private for yourself or your partner, that’s 100% ok too!
Whatever it is, the choice is yours and I’ll always respect your wishes.
